What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Crew / Residential Maintenance Technician position at ISG?
A national company with a facility in the White Lake, MI area is currently seeking several Jr. level Groundskeepers to become Residential Maintenance Technicians for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Groundskeepers looking for a company that offers excellent management, development, training, and competitive rates.
Groundskeeper rates are anticipated to be $18-$21/hour based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and 401k matching.
Hours are 40 hours / week 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM. Weekends are rare.
Qualified Groundskeepers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience.
- 1 years of landscaping experience
- 1 years of construction, carpentry, or residential and commercial renovation experience
- Hands-on carpentry, flooring, window installation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical/mechanical knowledge is a strong benefit
- Comfortable pivoting between multiple tasks and renovation projects as needed
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background check, drug screen, references, etc.
