Job Description
ISG is looking for a Receptionist that is motivated and eager to complete varying tasks supporting the Executive and Recruiting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering, screening, and transferring incoming phone calls
- Greeting visitors and communicating their arrival to the appropriate entity
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Assisting applicants with completing pre-employment hiring processes
- Carrying out various administrative tasks as requested by the executive team
