We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the hotel's front desk operations, ensuring that all guests are checked in and out properly, and providing excellent customer service. The Night Auditor will also be responsible for completing end-of-day reports, reconciling accounts, and responding to any guest inquiries or complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure the hotel premises.
- Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain an accurate record of guest accounts.
- Balance the day's financial transactions.
- Prepare daily reports for management.
- Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
