Experience in process engineering (4 years);
Experience in project management (2 years) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Facilitate the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology.
Actively resolve day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes.
Perform complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
Provide input and support planning and prioritization for business process engineering related activities.
Leverage both IT solutions and business process improvements.
Participate in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions.
Identify processes for improvement, document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures, and plan the transition to a new process.
