Direct Surgical Services departments' activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Minimum Education :
Bachelors degree in Nursing - Required Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration - Preferred Required Skills :
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of employment if not current upon hire. Licenses : State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure - Required Minimum Work Experience :
