Facility Manager - ISI Elite Training Asheville

Job Overview
We are seeking a high performing Facility Manager to be a leader for our location in Asheville. The Facility Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, team production and development, consistent delivery of our brand standards and drive facility membership growth goals.

Qualifications

• Work collaboratively with Head Coach, Coaches and Sales Team to lead and drive facility’s overall effectiveness, growth and efficiency
• Hold all team members accountable to ISI Elite Training brand standards
• Maintain a safe, fun and clean facility
• Execution and management of the ISI sales process
• Ensuring the proper onboarding of all new ISI members
• Responsible for making sure your facility has an elite and consistent first-class member experience
• Initiate and maintain joint ventures with other businesses
• Motivate Sales Associates and Coaches in achieving membership sales goals for the facility
• Responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training and the management of all facility staff
• Plan and execute the studio’s daily, weekly and monthly membership goals
• Own facility growth and retention KPI reporting, ensuring it is getting updated on a daily basis
• Responsible for ordering and restocking retail, supplements, and other supplies in the facility
• A fitness-minded professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a sales quota environment or as a manager of a fitness facility
• Attend all relevant ISI training programs
• Have ability to work flexible hours such as early mornings, days, and evenings, as well as weekends when needed

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
