Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Assistant Facility Manager to assist with daily operations, coordinate facility maintenance, and contribute to membership sales, lead generation, and marketing events at our facility in Denver, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and facility maintenance
- Coordinate membership sales and lead generation efforts
- Participate in marketing events to promote the facility
- Ensure the overall success of the facility
Requirements
- Facility management and maintenance skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience and knowledge of the fitness industry
- Experience with Client Retention Management and team leadership or management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
