FRANCHISE BUSINESS COACH


Job Description

ISI® Elite Training is one of the nation’s fastest-growing boutique fitness franchise brands in America. The ISI® Operations Team is looking for a Franchise Business Coach to lead the organization’s growth efforts at the Headquarters team. The Franchise Business Coach will report directly to the VP of Operations and will be responsible for helping our Franchise Partners (owners) increase sales and decrease operational costs by coaching them on how to effectively operate a ISI® Elite Training facility. This role will play a critical role in supporting our facilities nationwide by ensuring that all departments are aligned and working together to deliver on initiatives that support our overall mission and expansion of the brand. With a key focus on developing and driving systems to support the facility's financial growth.

Overall, the ideal candidate for Franchise Business Coach will have a broad range of experiences, including franchise operations management, leadership, compliance, and analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work collaboratively with other departments, communicate effectively with franchise partners, and implement systems and processes that support the success of the franchise.


Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Support and oversee up to 50 locations within assigned territory
  • Partner directly with the owners and staff on company initiatives and quarterly promotions
  • Developing and implementing the strategic plan: : Drive locations continued growth of memberships, implementation of new revenue streams and development of the ISI® community. Oversee Greenstar experience coaching and development.
  • Establishing KPI’s: Ensure locations business and sales strategies are directly inline with growing the companies Key Performance Indicator Metrics. 
  • Ensuring Compliance: Responsible for ongoing Compliance in regards to locations upholding to the Brand Standards.
  • Franchise Partner Support: Conduct on-going monthly calls along with quarterly, semiannual or yearly onsite visits as required
  • Training and Development: Conduct ongoing regional trainings as directed by HQ.
  • Cross Departmental Communication: Communicate the needs of the Franchisees with HQ Departments to ensure the best Franchise Experience.


Experience


  • Franchise experience: The ideal candidate should have significant experience working in a franchise environment. This includes experience managing franchisees, understanding the franchise agreement, and implementing franchise systems and processes.
  • Operations management experience: Should have a track record of success in overseeing a facility and achieving operational goals. Experience in operations management can include managing sales teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance.
  • Leadership skills: The Franchise Business Coach should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. They should be able to lead by example, establish a positive work culture, and provide direction to team members.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. They should be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively with franchisees, and collaborate with other executives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to identify opportunities for improvement, develop effective strategies to implement them, and track progress toward goals.
  • Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred or equivalent experience.

 

Systems Proficiency:

  • Google G-Suite and/or Microsoft Suites (required)
  • FranConnect and(or) Franchise software
  • Customer Relationship Management platform (a plus)
  • Point of Sale System experience (a plus)
