What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Coach position at ISI® Elite Training Franchise?
ISI® Elite Training performance coaches (group fitness trainer) lead group fitness sessions while providing 1:1 attention in a group setting to our passionate members. Main responsibilities include leading workout sessions, promoting a safe training environment, helping drive growth of the location, and motivating members to achieve their fitness goals. This is a part-time on-site role located in Wake Forest, NC.
ISI® Elite Training is the place for you to train for life. Our 50-minute sessions are low-impact, high-intensity, strength-based workouts designed and led by certified coaches. We focus on simple but dynamic movements to help you burn fat, build muscle, and gain confidence and strength. Through functional movements called Athletic-Based Training (ABT), every session is built to deliver measurable results and help you train for life. Job Type:
In-person; Part-time – 7-13 sessions per week (dates and times TBD based on availability and preference). We offer 34 total sessions a week, ranging from 5AM to 7PM! Preference is to cover some morning shifts (arriving 4:30AM)
Compensation Benefits:
$35-$50 per session TBD hourly administrative

Required Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Delivering high energy group training sessions which follow ISI® brand standards, strong knowledge of various exercise techniques, training methods, Inbody Scan, and fitness principles
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a high energy, welcoming, and close-knit community
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an ISI® Elite Training approved education organization: AAPTE, ACE, ACSM, ACTION (NCCA approved version), IFPA, ISSA, NASM, NCSF, NCCPT, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, W.I.T.S.
- Must have current CPR/AED certification
- Must be able to do some administrative & sales work, including calling & messaging members
- Must communicate effectively, bring high energy, lead by example, deliver with attention to detail, and operate with extremely high standards; Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action; Must love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first-class member experience
Salary : $35 - $50
