Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Lead located in Indian Trail, NC. The Sales Lead will manage daily sales operations, work with customers to ensure exceptional service, develop and conduct training sessions for the sales team, and execute effective sales strategies. The Sales Lead will also be responsible for tracking sales goals, reporting results, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in Training and developing sales teams
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Indian Trail, NC
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
