Sales Associate and Membership Advisor

Role: As a part-time sales leader (front desk associate / membership representative), you will make a positive impact by bringing high energy, contagious enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude! You’re the first face any member or potential member sees, and so you are representing the iSi Elite Training brand in every interaction. Your tasks will range from basic (checking people in; taking pics/videos of members) to multi-step (processing memberships; making follow up calls & texts), but each duty will be engaging.

This is a part-time on-site role located in Wake Forest, NC, working weekends (7:30AM-10:30AM) with opportunity to work some week day shifts (optional).

Job Type: In-person at the facility and potentially some occasional local community events; Part-time – 6-12 hours per week (Sat & Sun mornings definite; weekday shifts optional). We offer 34 total sessions (gym classes) a week and this role would be before/during/after sessions. Current session schedule (more being added in the future):

• Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: 5:00AM, 6:10AM, 8:30AM, 12:00PM, 5:30PM, 6:40PM
• Fri: 5:00AM, 6:10AM, 8:30AM, 12:00PM, 4:20PM, 5:30PM
• Sat and Sun: 8:00AM, 9:15AM

Compensation and Benefits: $15 per hour bonus opportunities discounted or free ISI unlimited membership at all iSi locations in the US (worth $2,159.88 annually) 40% off SWAG and supplements at the WF facility

Required Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Providing a fun, consistent, and high energy member experience by helping and impacting as many people as possible in our facility through managing the membership and sales experience
• Promotes and sells memberships by informing clients of the benefits, costs, and associated programs/service, educating all about available offerings and events
• Coordinates and leads tours for prospective members in tag team with the performance coaches
• Attends occasional off-site events such as health fairs and corporate events in order to share center information and procure memberships
• MUST have a passion for fitness and serving others!
• Sales experience is not required as we have a full virtual training pathway and real time training and a team of incredibly supportive individuals that WANT you to succeed!
• High energy and great social skills are a MUST! Must be organized!
• Must have a positive attitude, be willing to take feedback, and be supportive of diversity
