Event Planning and Execution:
Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Events Coordinator to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about fitness and community engagement. You'll play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing events that promote our facility and build strong relationships within our community. This role requires flexibility, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends.

ISI Elite Training delivers high-energy, coach-led athletic-based training in a supportive community environment. Our 50-minute workouts combine strength, cardio, and agility to maximize results for all fitness levels. We're dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals through dynamic programming and personalized attention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative community events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and teardown.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses.
Community Outreach:
- Proactively engage with local businesses, organizations, and community members to build partnerships.
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials in the community to increase awareness of our facility and events.
- Represent ISI Nashville Nations at community events and networking opportunities.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for events, including social media posts, email campaigns, and flyers.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote events and engage with the community.
- Gather and analyze event feedback to improve future events.
Customer Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and potential members.
- Answer inquiries about our facility and services.
- Work with staff to help with member retention.
Operational Support:
- Assist in general facility tasks as needed.
- Be willing to work various shifts including those starting at 4:30 am, mid day shifts, and evening shifts ( will vary weekly).
- Weekend availability is a must.
Software Proficiency
- MindBody -preferred
- Meta Suite posting and scheduling - required
- Google Suite (drive, docs, sheets) - required
- Canva - required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to hand out flyers and engage in grass root marketing tasks.
- Reliable transportation.

Schedule:
- Must be willing to work early morning shifts at the facility (4:30-8:30 am)
- Weekend availability is required as needed.
