ISI® Elite Training is an emerging fitness franchise concept currently open, developing, and franchising nationally. Our vision over the next 5 years is to have 400 locations in 40 states with over 80,000 members.
ISI® Elite Training – Walnut Creek is currently seeking a high performing Sales Leader to be a leader for our location in Walnut Creek, CA.
The Sales Leader is the front line of the facility and direct interface with our members. This is a sales-heavy role, but the focus is on creating a first-class member experience. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fitness, customer service oriented and can meet membership and retail sales objectives.

· Sell and promote membership packages to potential members.
· Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for membership sales, renewals and retail.
· Provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with customers while communicating the features of ISI® Elite Training – Walnut Creek.
· Provide a fun, consistent, and high energy member experience
· Answers questions, resolve issues and ongoing outreach with members and guests.
· Maintain accurate records using established ISI® sales systems
· Perform follow-up calls with members and on marketing campaigns.
· Participate in 1-2 workout sessions per week
What we look for (requirements) in a Sales Leader:
· Demonstrated success in sales. Experience in a quota structure highly preferred
· High proficiency in customer service and developing customer relationships
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google applications
· Ability to work a flexible schedule
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks, and work with minimal direction
· Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
· Interested in further development of your professional skills sets- sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining members, growing a business
