some of the responsibilities of a Head Performance Coach:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the ISI® coaching staff
Responsible for creating and maintaining a high energy, welcoming, high vibe facility
Responsible for hiring, training, and ensuring all ISI® coaches meet brand standards
Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the training floor
Responsible for executing, training, and managing the coach's portion of the sales process
Responsible for keeping attrition to 5% or below
Responsible for the training schedule of all sessions
Responsible for monthly coach development meetings
Responsible for tracking all member post session reviews
Conducts monthly coaching staff meetings and attends all relative, mandatory training, and
other requested corporate meetings
Coaches a minimum of 15 sessions per week
Maintains current, active employee files which include resume, CPR cards, fitness certifications,
disciplinary items, emergency contact info, I-9 form and more.
Must be flexible and willing to work weekends when needed and as requested by the facility
manager.
What we look for (requirements) in a Head Performance Coach:
Must hold a current fitness certification from an ISI® Elite Training approved education
organizations such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.
Must have current CPR/AED certification
3 years of professional experience coaching and/or managing in the Fitness Industry.
Must take a minimum of 3 ISI® sessions per week
Must be a great communicator, lead by example, be detail oriented, and operate with extremely
high standards.
Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
Love helping members achieve their goals and can lead a first class member experience
Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams to goals

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
