What are the responsibilities and job description for the High Impact Sales Leader position at ISI Elite Training?
Overview
We are ISI Alamo Heights! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team. Our ideal candidate is financially motivated, personal, coachable, willing to connect with potential members and members alike to learn their "why", a TEAM player, full of energy, and eager to work with a new fitness brand to market!
Duties -
- Be able to educate potential clients about the brand of ISI and what our workouts and membership entails
- Utilize our POS program to gather potential client info and form of payment
- SALES of Memberships and Member Retention is highest priority!
- Connect with potential clients to give them the welcoming, familiar energy of the ISI community and help them to find their new fitness home on the soon to come turf!
- Making calls to leads to learn more about the potential client and have a conversation about ISI Elite Training, answering any questions they have and reserving their Founding Membership using our POS system
- Actively striving and achieving to hit Key Performance Indicators
- Looking for someone to drive, earn and do their part for the team!
- Daily cleaning and laundry also included!
- Monthly team meetings!
- TEAM communication!
Qualifications
- Excellent personal communication skills
- Previous in-person FITNESS sales experience
- ENERGY is a must!!
- Sense of urgency! (Momentum is created!)
- Comfortable and knowledgable with sales
- Willingness to learn
- Willingness to be out conversing with people coming and going
- Willingness to be coachable
- Technologically capable and savvy!
- Completion of training
- Responsible and Reliable with Reliable transportation to and from the facility
