IsI is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can build strong client relationships, deliver value through our Microsoft-centered solutions, and drive client satisfaction across our growing base of defense-sector and regulated industry clients. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth client journey, successful service delivery, and continued client success aligned with compliance goals.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term trusted relationships.
- Conduct Business Reviews with client stakeholders, including technical leads and executives.
- Advise clients on Microsoft 365 licensing, basic Azure opportunities, and service improvements.
- Monitor client ticket activity and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Help clients align IT initiatives with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0).
- Proactively identify client needs and support growth opportunities.
- Advocate internally for client needs and communicate updates clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- As part of your work at ISI, you will potentially have access to sensitive information from the federal government. Pursuant to applicable regulations, ISI requires that all candidates for this role present proof of U.S. citizenship before hire
- 2–4 years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Client-Facing role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions (licensing, administration basics).
- Excellent communication skills — confident with both technical users and executive leadership.
- Experience in an MSP, MSSP, or IT consulting environment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171, and cybersecurity compliance environments.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900) are a plus.
- Experience supporting clients in regulated industries (defense, government contracting).
