Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
- Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages accurately.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences and ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing reports and managing guest records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
