Role: Cipher Trust Manager
Location: Multiple (TX/NC/SC/WA) Hybrid
Job Description:
Managing encryption technologies, tools, and solutions to protect sensitive data using Cipher Trust Manager.
Strong knowledge and experience working with data-at-rest with regards to cryptography and encryption to ensure security and integrity ie key management/Lifecycle.
Designing and implementing encryption policies and procedures that meet industry and regulatory compliance standards.
Monitoring and maintaining encryption systems and managing encryption keys to ensure that data remains secure.
Demonstrated experience and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders including collaborating and driving initiatives overtime through meetings, goals, and actions.
Providing training and guidance to end-users on encryption best practices and policies.
Tools - Vormetric, Cipher Trust Manager|
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in the effort to encrypt databases using the Vormetric or Cipher Trust Manager application
Upgrading the vermettis agent to CTE and migrating them from DSM to Cipher trust manager.
Experience using the Vormetric or Cipher Trust Manager application in the Windows SQL, RHEL and AIX environment.
Participate in the analysis of information to determine, recommend, and plan the use of data-at-rest encryption, or modifications to existing implementations to improve the capability for data-at-rest encry Provide technical support of information security technologies, providing problem analysis and resolution in a timely manner and explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
