SAP EAM

• Implement, configure, and support SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and SAP PM modules.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance asset management and maintenance processes.

• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies using SAP EAM.

• Perform SAP EAM master data management, including equipment, functional locations, task lists, and work orders.

• Customize Work Orders, Notifications, Maintenance Plans, and Breakdown Analysis functionalities.

• Provide user training and support for SAP EAM functionalities.

• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize SAP workflows for maintenance operations.

• Work closely with SAP ABAP, Fiori, and technical teams to develop enhancements.

• Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and implementations related to EAM/PM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM implementation & support.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its EAM capabilities.
Experience with Maintenance Planning, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Work Order Management.
Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI, CO).
Knowledge of Fiori Apps, SAP Mobility solutions, and SAP Business Processes related to asset management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize asset management workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)
SAP Fiori and UX experience for EAM solutions
Exposure to IoT, Machine Learning, or Predictive Maintenance
