• Managing encryption technologies, tools, and solutions to protect sensitive data using Cipher Trust Manager.
• Strong knowledge and experience working with data-at-rest with regards to cryptography and encryption to ensure security and integrity ie key management/Lifecycle.
• Designing and implementing encryption policies and procedures that meet industry and regulatory compliance standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining encryption systems and managing encryption keys to ensure that data remains secure.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders including collaborating and driving initiatives overtime through meetings, goals, and actions.
• Providing training and guidance to end-users on encryption best practices and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the effort to encrypt databases using the Vormetric or Cipher Trust Manager application
• Upgrading the Vormetric agent to CTE and migrating them from DSM to Cipher trust manager.
• Experience using the Vormetric or Cipher Trust Manager application in the Windows SQL, RHEL and AIX environment.
• Participate in the analysis of information to determine, recommend, and plan the use of data-at-rest encryption, or modifications to existing implementations to improve the capability for data-at-rest encrypt Provide technical support of information security technologies, providing problem analysis and resolution in a timely manner and explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
