What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Call Banquet Servers position at Isla Bella Beach Resort?
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing, servicing, and cleaning up an event
- Serve guests with professionalism
- Answer guest questions and special requests
- Adhere to all food safety standards
- Replenish food, drink, and utensils as needed
Requirements:
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Minimum 18 years of age
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Previous catering experience preferred
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
- Climb and descend stairs
- Bend, stoop, and kneel
