Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns from clients.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with occasional cooking or meal preparation as required by the household or facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning practices is a plus.
- Skills in customer service are highly valued, as interaction with clients may occur.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively and safely.
