Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen.
- Prepare food items as needed, following safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A willingness to learn about food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is essential.
