What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Island Animal Hospital?
Are you an experienced veterinary customer service representative with a warm heart for cold noses? Island Animal Hospital is looking for a dynamic and confident Veterinary Receptionist to join our already exceptional team of veterinary professionals.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, client education, scheduling appointments, dispensing prescription medications, client invoicing, accepting payments/cash handling, operating multi-line phone system.
Previous work and training in a veterinary hospital is a requirement.
Knowledge about veterinary products and services is a requirement.
Competitive hourly wages, depending on experience, along with a benefits package are available along with full time hours. Part time position without benefits also may be available.
