Job Summary |Customer Service Representative

As an CSR for ISLAND COMFORT, you will be responsible for spending majority of your time on phone calls regarding heating and air conditioning requests and calling previous customers about our exceptional current deals along with receiving and transferring calls to designated departments. Additionally you are required to set up appointment for the sales team to run.

Job Responsibilities | Customer Service Representative

• Making outbound and inbound calls
• Setting up the Comfort advisors for success
• Firm Sales phone etiquettes
• Strong phone sales background
• Utilizes a digital device (computer) to accurately record the outcome of each call

Skills & Qualifications |Sales Lead Coordinator

• Go-getter attitude
• Active listening skills
• Excellent Experience in Customer service preferred)
• Strong Phone sales history
• HVAC experience (preferred) not required
• Experience in Service Titan is Ideal but not required
• Have a positive attitude and work ethic
• Dependable and adaptable
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
