Island Communities is a leading national manufactured housing community owner-operator seeking motivated, hardworking, and career-minded individuals to join our great team of professionals. Island is a dynamic, fast-growing company that has been in business since 2021 and has seen exponential growth in the past four years.
We are seeking Inside Sales Coordinators (“ISC”) who, under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, will be responsible for receiving all inbound sales calls and internet inquiries from individuals looking to purchase a Manufactured Home from Island Communities. The ISC will identify specific needs of the customer with the goal of scheduling an appointment for a community visit. The ISC is responsible for documenting all pertinent information regarding the prospect in our lead management system and communicating relevant information with the Vice President of Sales and regional sales managers. The ISC will also be responsible for following up with both Island Communities’ regional sales managers and prospects after appointments to ensure visits were successful as well as adhering to applicable fair housing laws governing home sales and rentals.
Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:
· Provide community specific information to prospective customers who call into the center
· Effectively capture and convert incoming customer lead traffic into potential buyers
· Provide a positive experience for potential customer through the use of live communication and email
· Work closely with sales team to promote community brand and sales activities which include Open Houses and promotions
· Qualify all potential prospects based on desired location, price point, timing for purchase and availability of homes resulting in a scheduled appointment
· Provide an immediate appointment for customer by sending an email or placing a call to a regional sales manager at the specific community
· Have a competent understanding of all product, procedures, and community info (amenities, inventory levels, pricing, specials) as it relates to housing
· Meet the required goals set forth on a weekly and monthly level as established by sales department
· Understand all advertising as it relates to each community
· Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
· Call center/Inside Sales/Telemarketing experience preferred but not required
· Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starting and a passion for Selling
· Strong desire to achieve top results with positive "can-do" attitude over the phone
· Background or interest in real estate preferred
· Strong phone skills with the ability to qualify buyers and manage a calendar
· Strong computer knowledge as well as proficiency with MS Office and MS Excel
· Strong organizational and communication skills
