Responsibilities
- Review and process lease agreements, ensuring all terms are accurately documented and adhered to.
- Coordinate with legal teams to address any contractual issues or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all leases, amendments, and related documentation.
- Assist in the negotiation of lease terms and conditions with management and tenants.
- Handle inquiries related to lease agreements, providing exceptional phone etiquette and customer service.
- Monitor compliance with lease terms and conditions, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
