- Utilize ArcGIS and GIS technologies for mapping and spatial analysis related to construction projects.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy in cost forecasting.
- Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management, including reviewing plans and coordinating changes.
- Oversee mechanical engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the development of pipeline projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Skills
