Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human capital management processes. Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource file.
- Support affirmative action planning initiatives and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective human capital management strategies.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external service provider for human resource (ProService).
- Assist in the development of training materials and programs to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or related administrative roles.
- Strong interviewing skills with an ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes and best practices in onboarding new hires.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Understanding of affirmative action planning and related compliance requirements is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
