Summary:

The Program Analyst applies knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate CDRL reviews, tracking and generating CDRL letters
  • Support acquisition documentation development and be familiar with generating procurement initiation documents, justification and authorizations, Technical Evaluations, Statements of work and contract data requirement lists (CDRLs)
  • Coordinate funding documentation with Business Financial Managers
  • Generate and screen PMT PID reports to track IPT milestones
  • Support engineering change plan development and tracking of supporting contract documentation
  • Support systems engineering events by providing meeting support to include scheduling conference rooms and generating meeting minutes
  • Communicate information across teams within the Program Office as well as outside the Program Office
  • Required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials for Level II IPT Leads
  • Provide assistance with DTS as needed

Education and Experience: 

Education: BA/BS in business, management, or another relevant field is required OR An AA/AS with an additional two (2) years of experience, OR no degree and an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing the duties and responsibilities.

 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 0700- 1600 (flexible). A Compressed Work Schedule is authorized for this position.


Travel:

Travel less than 10% of the time is expected for this position. 


Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret Level.  Ideal candidates will currently possess an Active DoD Secret Clearance; however, candidates with US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance will be considered. Must be able to receive a Government Common Access Card (CAD), access Government systems, and receive a security clearance.

Salary

$94,182.40-$141,876.80
