The Area Manager role is a customer facing position where you will be the face of the company. This is an opportunity to use your creativity to serve clients by providing products utilizing the latest technology that enables them to maximize the impact of their property marketing efforts. The right individual will demonstrate technical, interpersonal, and sales expertise to be successful in this position. You must be available Monday through Friday including evenings.
Responsibilities
Technical Skills and Product Knowledge
· Photography experience in a production environment
· Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in photography production and postproduction including DSLR cameras and postproduction products and processes including software such as Photoshop and Lightroom
· Detail Oriented – each home is different, being able to photograph a home in its best light is a corner stone of our business, seeing a home through the eye of the consumer and capturing with the right angles in imperative for success
Customer Relationships / Marketing
· Retention –
o keep finger on the pulse of current customers ensuring satisfaction
o make sure that availability and products meet customers needs
o propose new products as requested by clients
o Understanding of other products that are not yet offered for possible introduction
o Be able to train clients on all customer facing systems
· Acquisition
o Cultivation of prospects in area for various vertical markets
· Development
o Propose other services that will benefit client
o Lead generation from current clients
o Develop new relationship with those who are no longer active customers
· Tools
o Participate in SWOT development (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats)
o Help Develop Success Game Plan
o Financial Plan development participation
Social Networking
· Management of social channels
Backoffice Operations
· Knowledgeable of back-office systems used to conduct business
Leadership
· Demonstrate leadership within the team
· Assist in scheduling and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables
· Identify client opportunities for future sales
· Detect changes and developments in the marketplace that enables new vertical channels
· Customer relationship building
· Position reports directly to the company owner
Qualifications
What we are looking for in a successful Area Manager candidate include:
· Professional – both in appearance and deed, polite but yet direct in dealings with clients
· This position is field based so you must live in the Coastal Bend area with a willingness to drive to clients
· Must have a bachelor’s degree in related field such as photography, business, or equivalent work experience
· Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in photography production and postproduction
· Detail Oriented – each home is different, being able to photograph a home in its best light is a corner stone
· Proven Project Management skills (PMI and or Six Sigma certification a plus)
· Reliable –being able to follow a dynamic changing schedule and work in periods of ambiguity
· Likes to Learn – Technology continues to progress and with it we continue to upgrade to new technologies
· Physical requirements including carrying camera gear, while climbing multiple flights of stairs.
