Warehouse/Dock Worker

Position: Warehouse/Dock Worker
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Location: Honolulu (near Airport)
Start: Immediately
Schedule: Monday-Friday (possible Saturdays)

Duration: Full/Part Time

Job Description: We are seeking dependable and reliable dock workers who can work efficiently with a focus on detail. As a dock worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all warehouse rules and regulations, and collaborating harmoniously with team members. While forklift experience is useful, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Stoop, twist, and stand for long periods of time.
• Unload freight cans and send packages down the belt for drivers.
• Scan shipments for processing.
• Build freight onto pallets and wrap them when completed.
• Conform to all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and wear the company uniform for all shifts (uniforms provided).
• Practice and promote good customer relations using professional conduct.
• Adhere to attendance, attitude, and flexibility expectations.
• Report all problems, incidents, and accidents immediately to the manager and complete any required documentation.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and/or push at least 70 lbs.
• Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
