We are seeking skilled baristas to join our team. Our ideal team member will have a passion for coffee, smoothies, and boba drinks and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Not to mention, a love for all things DONUTS! We are always willing to train those with no experience as long as you come with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Positions:
All positions are open. Full time, part time, weekends, early mornings to late afternoon.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following company recipes
- Sell and prepare our amazing breakfast items and coffee drinks in a fast paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and outdoor seating area
Skills recommended but not required:
- Experience in food production
- Proficiency in food and drink presentation
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
