The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Chemical Engineer to lead our Special Synthesis team in developing and scaling up new products. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, and laboratory testing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and assemble reactor systems, heating units, and piping for chemical reactions.
- Oversee the procurement and installation of synthesis equipment.
- Develop and implement pilot-scale production processes.
- Identify and source raw materials and precursors for synthesis.
- Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Work closely with the R&D team to create standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
