JOB SUMMARY: The Security Host will be responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of assets, guests, team members, park, and all visitors.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow security procedures to implement a secure facility.
- Performs security patrols to report any suspicious activity.
- Protects property from theft, sabotage, fire, and accidents.
- Investigates and writes reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other security related situations.
- Provides any needed assistance to guests, team members and visitors following the department’s procedures.
- Work independently and follow procedures with minimal observation.
- Provide suggestions for improved security procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Greeting guests, visitors, and team members in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep a clean orderly work area.
- Provide guests with accurate park information.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Complete required paperwork in its entirety daily.
- Maintain an environment where safety is the number one concern for all guests, team members and visitors.
- Adhere to company ethical requirements, demonstrating the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters.
- Provide a reporting leader with feedback, ideas, and suggestions on a timely consistent basis.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to troubleshoot situations without delay and act accordingly
