About the Role :
We are seeking a highly creative and self-motivated Social Media Manager to handle content capture, creation, and posting for multiple businesses, including water sports, tourism, and real estate. This role involves on-site photography, videography, drone work, and editing to create compelling content across multiple platforms : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Capture & Creation – Film, photograph, and edit engaging content for various brands, including action-packed water sports footage, lifestyle tourism shots, and high-quality real estate photography & videography.
- Drone Photography & Videography – Utilize drone footage to create stunning aerial content, particularly for real estate listings and waterfront locations.
- Social Media Management – Develop and execute content strategies for multiple brands, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence online.
- Platform Optimization – Post, schedule, and analyze content performance across all major social media platforms.
- Community Engagement – Respond to comments / messages, interact with audiences, and manage online reputation.
- Google & SEO Optimization – Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles for visibility and engagement.
- Advertising & Growth – Implement paid social media campaigns and analyze performance to drive growth.
