Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader /

Overview
We are fast growing landscape business located in Fort Myers close to Summerlin Rd. and seeking dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leaders to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for landscape maintenance or landscape installation projects, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Driver / Foreman: You will be responsible for maintaining the yards of residential and commercial clients. The foreman will supervise and work along his crew cutting turf, trimming, and blowing using power equipment, will prune shrubs and lower trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branches, will also supervise that all team members are always operating safely. The foreman will conduct job site inspections to ensure our high quality standards and will communicate with customers. Must have experience to drive a truck with trailer. Must have a valid drivers licens. Bilingual is a plus. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members in various projects, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Coordinate daily tasks related to lawn care and garden maintenance.
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing.
• Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols in groundskeeping.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
• Build strong relationships within the team to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping with a focus on lawn care and tree care.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including planting, irrigation systems, and pest management.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
