Ice Cream Maker

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Ice Cream Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality ice cream and frozen desserts that delight our customers. Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for ice cream and other frozen desserts.
• Operate ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor the production process to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with packaging finished products for sale or distribution.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new flavors and product offerings.
• Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure freshness.
• Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in culinary arts or food production is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and sanitation standards.
• Skills in cake decorating or pastry making are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the food industry and creativity in flavor development.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $18.85 - $20.18 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
