Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supporting team dynamics, and maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office schedules and coordinate appointments to optimize team productivity.
  • Oversee team management, ensuring that all staff members are supported and their needs are met.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
  • Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees.
  • Provide clerical support as needed, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement effective office management practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Develop training programs for staff development to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  • Overseeing of local and state permitting requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent team management capabilities with a focus on fostering collaboration.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and maintaining professionalism in all communications.
  • Experience in vendor management to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to plan events successfully while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is required.
