Duties
- Accurately pack products into containers according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging.
- Label packages clearly and correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any issues or product quality to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling products and equipment.
Skills
- Attention to detail: Ability to ensure that all products are packaged correctly without errors.
- Physical stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Time management: Skill in managing time effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills: Competence in performing simple calculations for inventory tracking and product counts.
- Previous experience in packing or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
