We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including peeling vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Ensure that all items are properly stored after washing.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during busy periods.
