We are offering a $2,500 sign on bonus for all full-time CNAs hired and $1,250 for all part-time CNAs hired .
We are a 120-bed not-for-profit nursing facility offering advanced healthcare while providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative services for both long and short term residents. Located on eight beautiful landscaped acres, we also provide sub-acute services, wound care and respite services.

full-time and part-time to work all shifts (7 : 00am-3 : 00pm, 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm and11 : 00pm -7 : 00am)
per diem all shifts to be scheduled every other weekend with additional days as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- Current certification in New York State Nurse Aide Registry (not expired or lapsed).
- No findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment, exploitation, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property listed on the Registry against them.
- One year long-term care experience and CPR certification preferred.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Performs a variety of services for geriatric residents under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse :
