Job Summary:
Operates, monitors, and maintains lease wells and production facilities to maximize oil and gas sales and control lease operating expenses.
Job Duties:
- Operate high-volume wells, injection wells, and production facilities
- Responsible for checking oil/gas wells, including daily gauging, data retrieval and input, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance on equipment as required.
- Experience with Glycol dehy, Gas compression, ESP pumps, and LACT systems needed.
- Maintain and increase production levels where possible
- Supervise daily activities of contractors
- Ensure Regulatory requirements are maintained
- Maintain a safe and environmentally friendly workplace
- Attend production and safety meetings
- Must have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Clean Driving History
- High School education or equivalent
- Has clear and extensive knowledge of downhole and artificial lift operations and procedures
- 2-5 years of experience in oil and gas Lease Operating
