We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Warehouse Operations associate at Island Pool Supply - Kailua-Kona.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and developing your skills in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Entering orders at the sales counter using the company computer system
- Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in-person
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
- Communicating product information to customers
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with inventory cycle counts and order picking/staging/replenishment.
To succeed in this role, you will need basic computer knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift 75 lbs; 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
