Housekeeping Inspector Team Lead

Island Realty is proud of our quality-focused culture and team environment. We are a family-friendly company with supportive leadership. We are hiring for a FT Housekeeping Inspector Team Lead. The Team Leader ensuresthat each ICI unit is cleaned to the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional Standards and ready for guest occupancy with a special focus on owner arrivals in addition to coaching to elevate the EHI team.

Compensation: $13.50 - $16.50 per hour Mileage Reimbursement. We offer Health & Dental Benefits, an Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off, Birthday Off PTO Benefit and 401(k) with Company Match.

Job Duties:

• Inspect ICI units to assure that they meet ICI Property Standard Guidelines
• Clean ICI units to assure that they meet ICI Property Standard Guidelines when needed
• Replace approved minimum standard inventory (MSI) items as needed in ICI units
• Maintain communications with ICI field and office staff
• Report maintenance issues or damages
• Provide general property services information for guests
• Resolve guest issues properly with great care and effectiveness
• Communicate with homeowners regarding any concerns or questions pertaining to the cleaning of their properties
• Stage units to meet ICI standards and expectations in preparation for an owner reservation
• Coach the EHI team and hold teammates accountable to the standards set forth by ICI
• Support the field staff by performing other duties as required
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Schedule:

Weekend availability necessary. Workdays vary; hours between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

If you possess...

• A valid Driver's License
• Your own reliable, personaltransportation
• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in residential housekeeping
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent verbal communication and strong organizational skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with a proven ability to operate under pressure
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
