Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join one of the top construction companies in the New York Metro area for a long-term career opportunity. The ideal candidate has the ability to oversee all on-site MEP construction activities and provides assistance in the overall project direction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate project scheduling and manage timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Execute installations according to construction documents (drawings, specs, manuals).
- Establish and coordinate site logistics to meet project requirements and maximize safety and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships.
Required Qualifications
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
