Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Island Structural Contracting in Honolulu, HI. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects from concept to completion. Tasks include coordinating project teams, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and effectively communicating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Construction Management, and Budget Management skills
- Experience in overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques in metals, plastics, masonry, carpentry, concrete, etc.
- Ability to analyze project requirements, develop strategies, and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or work experience equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
