Job Description
Office Assistant/Receptionist position for our Sanibel Location. Key responsibilities for front desk duties include greeting clients and patients, scheduling, document management, scanning, product sales/organizing, cleaning and other office duties. 15-20 hours per week off season and 25-35 hours per week during season. $15/hour with PTO and retirement plan benefits, plus flexible start/end times Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
Front Desk: Proficiency/experience with scheduling software and navigating general office software expected. Excellent customer service skills and friendly/helpful attitude. Ability to maintain clean and inviting office atmosphere. Exemplary communication skills verbal and written expected. Experience in medical, therapy or spa office environment. Close commute to Sanibel or living on Sanibel Island preferred.
