We operate a commissary kitchen that serves our catering company, Island Time Catering Co. and our restaurant, The Food Shack which is also located in the same building. This role puts you in the heart of it all, working with a team that takes pride in doing things the right way: from-scratch cooking, premium ingredients, and a focus on quality over shortcuts.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare food for catering clients and our restaurant with our commissary production and culinary team.
- Execute prep and service with precision and consistency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization
- Work with the team sharing a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Learn and grow across different parts of the business—restaurants, catering, commissary, and wholesale
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person
- Solid understanding of kitchen basics: knife skills, mise en place, food safety
- A professional, team-first mindset and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Passion for real food and a desire to raise the bar in your work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 – 45 per week
