Island Time Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartending Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology and be able to prepare a wide range of cocktails, beers, frozen drinks, and wines. They must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, both new and regulars.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
- Perform duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Minimum 4 years bartending experience.
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including some weekends and holidays.
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
- Demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule.
